Practicing life coaching is an expansion of my work. For more than 10 years I have worked as a birth doula (birth assistant) and a childbirth educator. I coached women, empowered them, supported and nurtured them through the most profound transformation in a woman’s life; giving birth and becoming a mother. 

 I am a mother of three daughters ages 15, 13 and 5.  As I was pregnant with my first one, I became so fascinated with the pregnancy and the birth experience, that I went through a career change and became a birth doula and a childbirth educator. Since then I supported hundreds of couples and women.

As a working mother I am continuously living the challenges and demands of women's life- Juggling career, pregnancy and births, mothering, investing in marital relationship, house holding, maintaining healthy social life and healthy life style.

 In my coaching sessions I rely on my own experience, on the understanding of birth and transformation, and on my coaching skills. I take pride in empowering women through the full circle of life, from giving  birth to  fulfilling oneself as a nurturing mother, productive woman, and a woman in relationship. I am coaching women through various life changes. 

 I empowers women to achieve the life they desire, to have what they want, and to be who they want to be. The process of coaching involves: Setting goals; Revealing what is in one’s way of achieving the results she desires; Assisting women to get in touch with their essence, their emotions,   their belief system; Uncover  women's underlying concerns and commitments, and helping  women discover and practice new ways of thinking, feeling and acting.

I assist the birth of a new way of being with self and others, a new being with the world.

Experience:

2007-2010 - Practicing life coaching in person and by phone, and facilitating a woman coaching group.

2009-2010- Mentoring Birth doula trainings

2004-2006 - Director of Blossom Birth resource center ,a non for profit organization located in Palo Alto, CA

2004-2010 - Instructor of childbirth education classes in the Bay Area, in English & in Hebrew

2000 – Founder of Mama Center , a birth resource center for expectant couples and new mothers, located in Israel.

1999 – Initiator of the first doulas’ support program in a central hospital in Israel.

Education:

2007- Graduated Life Coaching Program at ITP, located in Palo Alto, CA

2004 - Certified as a hypnotherapist at HTI in Santa Rosa, CA

2000 – Graduated a 3 year program of group facilitating, Tel-Aviv, Israel

1999 - Certified as a birth doula by Misgav Ledach hospital, Israel

1998 – Graduated M.A in Cognitive science, Tel - Aviv Univ., Israel

1990 - Graduated B.A in Film and women studies., Tel- Aviv Univ. Israel
